Auto Gearbox Engine Speed Sensor

Usually located by the flywheel. This sensor informs the auto transmission gear change ECU of engine rpm, to change up or down a gear with the correct engine speed.

Brake Light Switch

Usually located on the brake pedal. (Sometimes found on an union on brake pipes as a hydraulic switch). Its function is to switch on the brake lights when you press the pedal.

Camshaft Position Sensor

Mainly found on DOHC engines. It is located on the cylinder head in the cambelt housing and has two functions. One is to tell ECU which phase the cams are in. Secondly whether the cambelt tension is slack.

Camshaft Position Sensor
Clutch Lock Switch

Only found on vehicles with hill decent control. When hill decent control is selected, the clutch pedal is inoperative.
